New Brunswick Musketeers

Leib (2 versions), von Behr, von Imhoff, and von Zastrow

David just couldn't bear my hacking at his templates...so here are his versions of the Brunswick musketeers, but with my coloring!

Well, I wouldn't say that quite - but I didn't like those Prussians pretending to be Brunswickers, shall we say? ;-)

Looks much better now!

Oh, by the way, the alternative hats were to allow differences in the depiction of the different regiments as according to Pengel and Hurt (although not at all clearly explained) some may not have had pompoms. I'm trying to find out if this was so as the available material is somewhat sparse. Hence my covering all the possibilities.

And by the way again, Ed, the gap in the middle of the lace on the Kannik version of the Leib regiment should be in the underlying cloth colour i.e. dark blue on the chest and red on the cuffs.

And further to that last comment, there's a small gap that should be similarly coloured on the lace on the P/H version too - the buttons obscure most of the gap there though.
